At this point of time i must say no.As the monsoon has already arrived and will continue till the last week of august. You might not enjoy the trekking to kheerganga in the monsoon as well because it gets difficult going up the slope.Rains are too frequent so you cannot explore according to your desires. I would suggest to travel in the winters during jan-feb if you are snow person or you can travel in the summers.

October to June are the best months to visit Kasol, the 'Amsterdam of India'. Although Kasol experiences good weather throughout the year, the ideal time to explore the wilderness of the place is from March to May.
