Hi Reshu, Hope you are doing great! I understand your urge for this trek since it is simply breathtaking but since it is your first time in trekking, I would suggest go with someone. If not someone known atleast go in a group (there are various groups- check wanderwomaniya group on facebook and instagram) so that you have people around. Thanks! Incase you like my suggestion, please hit upvote.

This is the best trek you can go on for a solo first trek. Try not taking car but starting the trip by foot from mcleodganj itself. you'll enjoy the amazing trip.

Perfectly safe to go solo. do check on the weather though. take water n candies along. there are two three cafes on the way and on top. and try to start early so that you can be back by evening. spend some time once you reach the top, the view is simply breathtaking!! it was our first trek :)

I am not asking the trek to do
Triund is an easy trek in Himachal Pradesh that offers you an escape into the majestic Himalayas. Situated a few kilometres from Dharamshala at an altitude of 2828 m, it is a place perfect for trekking with amazing trails offering scenic views of the entire Kangra Valley. A trek to Triund is short and simple. It can be done from either McLeodganj or Dharamkot, which is 2 km ahead of McLeodganj. The first half of the trek is a gradually inclined walk with the last 2 km from Snowline Cafe which involves a vertical climb all the way till Triund. The evening sky from Triund is a sight in itself and is a good excuse for camping here at night.
