Probably Not. Rohtang Pass is not open yet. Work on Snow removal was reported few days back. Check when it opens before visit to Manali.

Yes, It's Good time for manali but not for the journey of rohtang pass because now rohtang pass is closed and may be open in 2nd week of May.

Even though this is a decent time to visit Manali and push on to Rohtang, I would still shift my plans to end April, since this year the winter dragged on.

Mate, going to rohtang pass do take care of one thing, if you are going by your own vehicle, you have to register it one day prior or BSF will not allow you to go beyond a berrigade. so plan accordingly, you can go to registration office till 4 or 4:30.

Unfortunately rohtang pass will be closed in the month of April it generally opens in the month of May, but April is actually one of the best time to visit Manali. Last year went with friends less people less crowded and the prices are even less. If rohtang pass is a must then you have to wait till May.

Ya the rothang pad will open from mid April too the end of October and its better to start from may as it might get delayed if the snow hasn't cleared out.. if you find this answer helpful please leave an upvote to this reply.
