In month of june there will be drizzles but it is a pleasant time to visit Himachal Pradesh. In Manali, you can visit Solang Valley , Kasol, Malana and Manikarni. Also, you can visit local places like Hidimba Temple and Gatotkachha Temple. Manali Mall Road during night time and ecological park in central manali. If you want to visit some other place in Himachal you can go to Dharamshala Mcleoganj. There you can do triund trek. and visit buddhist monasteries. You can go to Khajjar and Dalhousie. If you want an off beat experience then you can go to Spiti and Lahaul Valley. Kaza, Kibber and Chitkul will be a great choice for some different experience. Above all Chitkul is my suggestion.

If you are planning to visit Chandratal lake in Himachal Pradesh, roads reaching there are generally open in mid or end of June. So, considering Visiting Lahaul and Spiti, June to Mid July is recommended period

End of June to mid-July in visit Shimla Manali and Kullu are usually the start of Monsoon rains are in full force. So in my opinion, July may not be thebest month to travel to Shimla, Manali and Kullu regions. In mid-April to mid-June will be the best when it will by light warm and cool climate.
