I thin there is an option to import the blog . You can still drop a email to Tripoto and reconfirm

Yes it is, You can import your blog word to word on tripoto.
Just need to add pictures on the blog to earn better credits.

Hi, yes it is possible, you can import all the content from your blog to Tripoto. There is an option to import blog when you click on publish trip. This won't be considered as spam.
