Manali to kaza is closed. while shimla Narkanda rampur kinnaur spiti route is open but risk is high. it is still snowing. roads might get blocked. u need to confirm before u go.

From shimla it almost opens throughout the year. But remains closed from manali in winters.

Yes it is open but do not try this cold season. Anyway the local govt has banned tourism for so.etime due to covid Please check well before you go. Plan for may mid afterwards to enjoy to the fullest

If you plan to visit Spiti between March-May, you will have to take the Shimla-Spiti route, which makes the valley accessible throughout the year. This route passes from Shimla – Narkanda – Rampur – Kalpa - Nako-Giu Village - Tabo Village – Dhankar - Pin Valley (Mud Village) – Kaza If you are travelling in June, you can access Spiti from the Manali side. The route, in this case, will be Manali – Solang Valley – Rohtang Pass – Gramphu – Batal – Chandratal – Kunzum Pass – Losar – Kaza
