The view count will only appear, once your published trip is "approved" by the Tripoto admin. What I mean by that is, as soon as you submit a draft you get an e-mail that your trip is published however by next evening you get another e-mail which tells you if you are getting credit for the published trip or not once you get that e-mail the view count will start appearing for your published trip. And as Rishabh Srivastava mentioned in his answer, it appears just below the published trip.
