You should write to info@tripoto.com they resolve credit related queries pretty quickly

Hello Ayushi, It takes around 24-48 hours for credits to be added into your Tripoto account. The published trip (blog) undergoes after quality analysis. Read more about here: https://www.tripoto.com/tripoto-credits. Please wait for the credits to be added into your account after the post is approved from Tripoto's end. Happy travelling!
