Hey, Per se, South India is a vast place. And there are many places of interest which are worth visiting. I suggest you to take it state by state. Start from North Karnataka (Belgaum, Bijapur, Hampi, Dandeli) Work your way down south - Chikmagalur, Shimogga (Jog Falls), Kodagu, Mysore and Bangalore. Then head to Kerala. It being a small state, you could cover it along the coast in 4-5 days. Kanyakumari should be a must visit. From there Rameswaram, Madurai, Coimbatore, Pondicherry and Chennai in Tamil Nadu. Tirupati, Vizag, Araku Valley, Rajhmundry, in Andhra Pradesh
