Hello Abhiraj Kudos to your plan though, I've always admired people who chose roads over train travels or flights ;) The best route from Jaipur would be Jaipur-Udaipur-Ahmedabad-Mumbai-Pune-Goa. You'll love the entire route if you follow this itinerary as I've covered this myself & I simply loved riding my motorbike through it :) Enjoy :)

Form Jaipur u can go to Ajmer , Ajmer to chittorgard if u want to enjoy ride because chittorgard fort , form chittorgard to udaipur - city of lakes
, form udaipur to Ahmadabad - in between Gurjar Rajasthan border with zig-zig and mountains
, from Ahmadabad to Vadodara , Vadodara to Surat
, Surat to vapi
now again beauty of nature begin from vapi to Mumbai with saputara hill station in-between Gujarat Maharashtra border
, Mumbai to lonavala with amazing views of mountains with greenery
, lonavala to rantangiri in-between u can see mahabaleshwar hill station
and finally form rantangiri to goaaaa.
