Hi joya, you can file an appeal for reconsideration. Ideally, you can't apply till six months once it gets rejected.

Try reaching the authorities/custome support for reconsideration. Ideally, you can't apply for the next 6 months.

I just did this today....it took me 1 n half hour to complete 2 registrations as I kept getting error msgs like error in residential address or wrong country code or error in identification answer .... it is such a complicated non user friendly site... after repeatedly correcting the errors, it finally went through... keep trying... don't give up... m sure u are getting stuck with similar error msgs.
