Try to reach tripoto instagram page and ask the question there because you are facing from last 2 months its a long time. It should be credited or maybe your post is not a quality one.

There are certain parameters that tripoto checks. It depends on the quality of the content, originality of storyline, good quality pictures etc. If it doesn't match then you won't get any credit for that.
