One week in Vietnam I have 1 week booked flying in & out of HCMC. Been many parts of Asia, 1st time in Vietnam. I realise not poss to see everything in a week and hate rushing. Had hoped to see Halong and Mekong. Route, itinerary, travel options please?

Hi Mohit, Thank you, but these would appear not to answer my requirement, I fly into and out of HCMC therefore Cambodia is not possible as I barely have time to see south Vietnam, and the central tour has a lot of wasted time, though some of the locations are good. Anything with less 'time to myse

Visiting Halong will be too hectic. You might want to skip that and travel to Nha Trang instead. It's a beautiful place near HCMC.
