Although most people prefer the winter months, June is a good time to visit Yercaud. Infact, October to June is the preferred time, since monsoon starts from July. Weather would be pleasant for the most part, although bright and humid. You can enjoy the drive. Two Days would be sufficient to cover Yercaud if you start your day early. If you've 3 Days, you can cover all the places leisurely. Some places to See: Servarayan Temple, Lake, Boathouse, Deer/Peacock park, Arthur's Seat, Pagoda Point, Ladies Seat point, Children's Seat Point, Kiliyur falls, ATV quad biking at Grange resorts, Karidiyur View Point, Tipperary View Point, Anna Park, Sri Raja Rajeswari Temple, Heaven's Ledge

The hill station enjoys a favorable and pleasant climate all year round and is famous for its lush green hills and tea plantations. *Camping at Top Station, Visiting Kolukkumalai Tea Plantations, Staying in a Treehouse, Visiting Blossom Park Day Forest, Visiting Echo Point, Visiting Lakkam Waterfalls, Safari in Eravikulam National Park, Taking a Shikara Ride in Kundala Lake, Mountain Biking, Hiking to Anamudi Peak, Rock Climbing, Trekking etc are the top activities to do when in Munnar . *you can have a easy budget trip at Munnar .if you are solo , better stay in zostel or any such travellers hostel .and if you are with family,you will get many budget stays and homestays locally.

Hey Pavit, you can drive to Kinnaur, the distance is around 600kms or you can reach Shimla by bus and then take a cab or a local bus to reach Kinnaur Valley.

Trekking to Har ki dun but its not recommended because in mountains weather is an issue, it can change drastically within short period of time and there are also issues with wild animals and other things. So its better to go with some credible travel agency, there are no canteens throughout the trek so for food you will have to go some travel agency and you will also have to carry sleeping mattress, sleeping bag and tent also if you go with some trekking agency you will have toilet tents otherwise you will have to go in open, that is an issue. You may consider Khirsu, Chopta as off beat locations. Both of them are small places away from crowded routes.

AnswerWishlistHey there, I would highly recommend Sri Lanka due to its rich cultural heritage, warm welcomes, exotic wildlife & beautiful beaches. We visited Sri Lanka last December and it was the most amazing experience. Our main highlight of the trip was our visit to Hatton where we stayed at Dunkeld Bungalow of Ceylon Tea Trails, overlooking the Castlereagh lake with spectacular views of the Great Western mountain range. This was recommended to us by a friend and was definitely worth it. The secluded ‘Owner’s Cottage’ offers a romantic one-bedroom residence hidden privately in the tea fields. It is the ideal way to spend a peaceful vacay. We were also given a free tour around the bungalow, tea plantations and tea factory which is operated by Dilmah. We would definitely go back and spend our stay here!

These are winter months in Spiti filled with extreme weather conditions, lack of basic necessities like electricity, several road blockages, water freezing in taps, and almost no hotels offering accommodation. A number of road links at this time on both the routes are closed. If you still make plans, be sure of you mental and physical fitness as there can delays and a lot of risks.

If you have enough time, if u love to travel thru road much then I would say pls do it from tirunelveli,Via Tenkasi,Punalur,Adoor,Kottayam,Trissur,Palakkad,peruthalamanna,Wayanad,Gudalur,Ooty. It will take at least a day to travel in this route,but you wil enjoy the beauty of Kerala and Ooty. For any more clarification feel free to ask me...
