Hello there, and welcome to my city! it's too hot here right now and not much to do. but depending on where you are staying and for how many days, you sure can visit Mulshi lake, Lonavala Tiger Point, Mahabaleshwar and the Aga Khan palace. due to the heat, you can also either opt for culinary treats at garden vadapao, Kayani bakery, Kalyan BHEL, marzorin sandwich etc.

Historical Places and Museums: 1. Shaniwarwada: Built in 1732, was a seat of Peshwa governance in Pune . The fort was destroyed by a fire but surviving structures are maintained as a tourist site. 2. Raja Dinkar Kelkar Museum: The museum houses various sculptures dating back to 14th century and also ornaments made of ivory, silver, gold, musical instruments and war weapons. it may take 2-3 hours to view the entire museum. 3. Aga Khan Palace: Site of Mahatma Gandhi's imprisonment in 1940s 4. Sinhagad Fort: You can either trek to the top or go by car. There are many small restaurants serving local maharashtrian food. Best time to visit is in monsoon. 5. Pataleshwar Temple: It's an 8th century cave temple. Its a serene and peaceful place amidst the city. I have visited Raja Dinkar Kelkar Museum when I went to Pune. This was really an awesome place and I stayed at HHI HOTEL PUNE for a week to cover other places in Pune city. Really, it was a nice trip for me.
