1week will be enough as u don't have treks in these places so u won't be tired much and won't have to take rest days .

Thank you ♥️
You can spend one day in Dehradun and explore all the popular sightseeing spots such as Robber's Cave, Tapkeshwar Temple and Rajaji National Park. The next day, you can head to Mussorie where you can spend two days. The first day can be spent in exploring popular sightseeing destinations such as Gun Hill, Kempty Falls, Company Garden and Bhatta Falls. The next day, you can visit George Everest's peak and Lambi Dehar Peak. In Rishikesh, you can spend one day exploring Laxman Jhula, Triveni Ghat and witness the evening aarti. You can also indulge in adventure activities such as river rafting and bungee jumping. You can spend the last day in Haridwar, exploring its various temples and ashrams and enjoying the evening aarti at the ghat.
