Hi. There are a couple of offbeat places in Udaipur. If you're someone who finds sunrises amusing, Peepliya is the place to go. There's this little trek to the Bahubali hills, which you should definitely go for, the view from the hilltop is amazing (that's where my cover picture is from)!
Ranakpur is amazing and super tranquil ... There's nothing much to do but try Wood Fire Pizza at La Pizzeria . They have amazing pizzas... Also almost 30 minutes drive from Ranakpur is Desuri... They have some amazing Pyaaz Kachoris we have ever tried. The jain temple is majestic and its a 2-3 hours visit to visit the entire temple properly.
There is day trek you can do in Kumbhalgarh, if you dare and the national park conducts try night safari. I did it in Panna and it scared me to hell but amazing experience. Totally your call for risk factor. Also there is Sajjangarh, try visiting.
