Hi, If budget is not a constraint, you can choose Country Inn by Radison in Panjim(near to KTC bus stand). If you like, you can select home stays as well for a large group.

Try staying near baga there is lot of hotel there. so no worries on stay. just airbnb or agoda wil get you good deals.

35 folks is quite a big number, first make an itenerary and fix dates , accordingly contact hotel so as to get the best deal.
I personally like arambol since it has that old rustic vibe with shacks , with shacks ranging from 400 to 1000 . rest depends upon your choice since there is no upper limit

Hotels near candolim are worth of price and ambience. lovely beach side .. do visit morjim... candolim... anjuna beaches for sure. you will be in love with these places. book hotels prior from oyo.
