Hi,
It is recommended for you to plan a Spiti trip between April and June. The temperature is manageable then, ranging from 0 to 15 degrees Celsius. Some people travel during the winter season as well (between November and March) but it is freezing cold in the region then. Besides, the roads can be a bit unpredictable due to snowfall. You should avoid travelling between July and September as monsoon makes the area unsafe.
