Dalhousie as i recently visited the places but need to go through important formalities.

Where ever you go you have to spend half of the time doing formalities and taking precautionary measure, and also roads are really in bad condition accompanied by landslides.and most importantly you have to spend atleast 7days in quarentine after coming back from your trip. so it is advisable to take some time and visit in end of oct- Nov as weather condition will be pretty good by then. stay safe and keep sharing your travel ideas.🤗

You can head towards Rajasthan as there are hardly or almost no formalities required to enter the state. Bikaner would be nice option.
