Planning to travel to Italy during may.. is it a good time to go? Is eurail valid across Italy? Suggest some good hotels. How many days in advance do we have to apply for a schengen visa?

Italy Weather in May. North Italy in May: May is a wonderful time to be in Italy, though crowds are starting to thicken. ... South Italy Weather in May: In the south of Italy, May typically feels more like summer than spring, with average daily temperatures rising to a high of 20°C. eurail is valid across italy but do check the flight charges as well. if u not planning to roam a lot in rail then it can be expensive than air route. aplly visa 1 month before plan of travel.

The best time to visit europe is june to september as it is a summer time and italy is already very hot.But you won't find much crowd in the month of May and you may get nice weather.Yes aural is valid across italy.atleast one month advance you apply for a visa.

Best weather with moderate crowds: April, May, September, and October. The main tourist cities in Italy are fairly crowded all year (especially Venice), but the peak tourist season is from the beginning of June through early August.

1. Anytime March onwards is good time to go to Italy as it is warmer than other part of Europe 2. Yes Eurail is valid across Italy 3. Which cites you are planning to visit? 4. Apply for Schenzen visa atleast 2 months in advance . Embassy is very busy during march april due to the upcoming tourist season so you may not get the interview dates
