Go without package.. eye on airline sales for flight from Trivandrum to Delhi.. take a bus from Delhi to Manali. rent a bike/car there and enjoy the place yourself :) cheers to travel!

Yes i would suggest you to make your plan. a package from Trivandrum to Manali will cost around 13k for just 2 nights in manali https://www.imanali.in/packages/manali-tour-package-from-trivandrum-3-nights-4-days-by-flight so plan for yourself. also mention number of days and number of people so that some one can actually calculate the price for you

You don't need any packages...just go there and book a room for yourself....it will be cheap....take a bike on rent and explore the hills....there are lots of restaurans to eat there...they provide a variety of food....

From Trivandrum there are direct flights to Delhi costs around 6k-10k(return including), from there you will get overnight Volvo to Manali. At Manali you can find a lot of options for accommodation, I personally prefer to plan myself than going with a package since that will give us more freedom. there you can rent bike/car and visit the places you want. If you are not comfortable with planning your own, packages are the best option as we don't have to know anything, we just have to sit down and enjoy. Please make sure the packages cover tickets from Trivandrum as well or not, Travel time to reach Manali and back from Manali to Trivandrum itself might take 3 days.

Take a flight from Trivandrum to Delhi. Then you can either rent a cab or take a bus to Manali.
