Day1 in Bangkok-shopping and enjoy night life day 2 travel from Bangkok to Phuket and
in Phuket go to Phuket Fantasea in evening Day 3 full day trip to the Phi Phi Islands and
Koh Khai by speedboat Day 4 full day trip to Hong by

Day 1 - Arrive at Phuket.. Go to the patong beach .
Then in the evening go to Simon cabret Show 7.30 pm show .( reach 30 min earlier) then later have dinner and if you want you can go for clubing/ Disc at bangla road . Day 2- Go to Phi Phi island Tour . It's a whole day tour.
tour Pick you up from hotel @7.30 am . Enjoy phi phi tour and they will drop you by 6 pm at your hotel. Relax then you can go for massage in Night . Day 3 - Leave Phuket for Bangkok . Rest for a day Day 4 Shopping @ Indra Market, Platinum Fashion Mall & MBK Mall .
( if you are not tired enough you can visit any one of the above mall on day 3 ) you can also go for Clubbing here at BKK and enjoy nightlife . Note Mall Shops closes @ 8.30 -9.00 pm Recomdation/ Advice - Add one Night both in Phuket and Bangkok.

4 days are little less for these two places. Either increase the days or skip one place, in my humble opinion.

4days is good for Bangkok and Pattaya. but 4 days is very short for Bangkok & Phuket as Phuket itself need 4 days to explore
