Try Tungnath near Chopta or Triund near Dharamshala if you're looking for easy treks. These 2 might be easy, but the views they give are qually beautiful. If pure trekking is on agenda, then deo tibba, roopkund, Kedarkantha, Mani Mahesh or Prashar lake are good options.
