Hi Rahul, Well, every travelers bucket list contains places where they want see Snowfall. When No chance to see snow in Shimla or at Manali in November but it is sure you can find lot of snow at Rohtang Pass. If you wish to travel further from Shimla the Kufri also witness Snowfall. When it comes to Uttrakhand Auli & Hemkund are the places that you should visit to witness Snowfall.
