As a tropical country, Singapore has fairly stable climate throughout the year. Rains are a bit less during June and July but The temperature in June will be hot, humid and sticky with few days of rain every now and then.

June is monsoon there, so It may be not good to travel in that month.
you can visit Singapore and Malaysia in the month of December and January.

Singapore is a good idea any time in the year , esp if you are visiting with kids. Weather is almost same throughout. Just too many parks / gardens/ activities which can be done with kids. Have a great trip
