Hi Ravi, it'll mostly depend on the weather, so you should check before you travel. Shimla & Manali usually experiences snowfall, in the end of December. Otherwise, you can travel to Solang Valley, or Narkanda, Chitkul - where you'll definitely get snow!

Kufri is the nearest if you want to visit Himachal Pradesh. Otherwise, Dalhousie and Manali are two places that you can explore. Barlowganj, Mussorie, Lansdowne or Dhanaulti are a few places that you can visit in Uttarakhand.
