So I have uploaded my third post and good a number of views but I haven't got any credit points. There hasn't been any mail that I am not getting any credit points or so. Does that happens normally because for my first two publish I got credit points.

I've been facing the same issue. I've posted five travels so far and haven't received any credit for my posts. Do let me know if you figure out a way to fix it. And hope it gets fixed soon.

Hello tanushree It takes around 48 hours for the credits to get into your profile It depends on quality of ur post, authenticity, image quality and content Even so many of my posts have got zero credits So if u still have a query u can email to tripoto. Happy travelling:)

Zero credits I am fine with but they should have send a mail regarding that n it has been almost 4days now.

You can drop a mail to them as they are very responsive through the mail. Generally, it takes 48 hours to get credit but if you haven't got the credit, then just drop a mail.

Hey Tanushriya, I think there is some problem going on with Tripoto. Because this is first time that Tripoto took more than 24 hours to give the credit points ( this happens only on holidays and weekend days that it may take 48 hours). I am also not getting any mail or credits regarding my yesterday posts. So sit relax and enjoy blogging. It may also take 2 more days as tomorrow weekend begins.

Usually it takes 48 hours for the credits to show up on your profile. You are also notified through a mail regarding the same.

It generally takes upto 48 hours to get the credits. After that if you haven't received an email, then you can contact Tripoto at info@tripoto.com.

Dear fellow traveler, sometimes it take a little long to get your credits. Tripoto will send you a e-mail when your trip/photo blog get published on the portal and how much credits you awarded for your trip.
