Check if scuba is available/allowed before planning to visit tarkarli. last time when I went to tarkarli didn't get to do the scuba because it was closed due to some reason.

Go ahead to deobaug area which is less crowded and have much more probable and exciting places for scuba.
As per hotels there are numerous places just request what special malvani dish you wanna have.
