Siachen has a different permission and it's hand picked as far as I know... however dp office is the best place to check out

The permission cost isn't much for the bike. getting it from the commissioners office is a task. There are two permissions required. one from Manali to Leh. the other one from Leh to pangong tso. the cost is hardly 600-700 per bike.

Hi, you can not go to Siachen, Panamik is the last point where tourist can go to, its in Nubra. You will have to take permits from Leh DC's office, permits are different according to the regions. Also you can not take rented bikes.
UpvoteCommentLeh dp office is in the leh market and for kardhungla it costed like approx. 350 per head. You can collect a day before leaving and the office was open at 4pm when we took last time
