Manali is full of traffic in may end....but idk completely about Mussoorie.... but not recommendable to visit Manali at may end

Masoorie, cz in Manali I have seen only roads, masoorie is good along with dehrahun also some fun places & cafe , Also can explore dalunti & auli

You can try Mussorie. You can also visit the near by places like Dhanaulti and Dehradun.

Manali is the better option but before going on the month of may check weather.
if possible go patnitop it was such a untouched beauty and in the may end weather is also great.

For honeymoon u better gangtok..... manali would be crowded and mussorie would be warm. visit darjeeling and gangtok...
