I would like to suggest you that buy a GoPro Hero 6.
cz 30k budget is not sufficient for DSLR.

U should go with nikon 3300 because it is good camera under 30k with single lens of 18-55mm .

Check price of Nikon and Canon both but always remember Dslr is use less without lenses.Basic lense 18- 55 but without 55-250 you will feel regret buying a Dslr..So if you only need for simple photo go for any point shoot camera or increase your budget.

My suggestions would be a Sony alpha 5100L or Canon 1500D.
Best in their categories and good for photography.
Though if you have a circle of photographers around then you should go for the canon as it’s easy to exchange lenses when needed.

For beginners/ immature photography cannon 1300D (with 18-55 mm lens) = 28k appx
cannon 1300D (with 55-250 mm lens) = 37k appx

What purpose are you buying the DSLR for? If you want one in Canon then go for Canon 1300D and if you are looking at Nikon then you can go for Nikon D5500

,canon 1300D is best for the beginners because i have already enquired about the same in canom showroom.they suggested 1300D.it costs about 25-30K

From entry level canon 1500d and nikon D3400 both are awesome Camera's. Both will be near by your budget also with single lens only (with kit lens 18-55mm). Don't go with 1300d and nikon d3300 or d3200 they will be cheaper but they are too old. Always choose the upgraded gadgets only.

Nikon D3200. Dont invest in a kit lens. Just buy the body. And invest in prime lenses. DM for detailed information.
