    Vagator in North is a nice option to swim but forget about North Goa. You should visit Butterfly Beach in south Goa and believe me you won't regret it. It's just too good for swimming. One of those few places where you'll find cleanest water to swim. Hope this is helpful. Have a great time in Goa. Enjoy!
