North east should be preferable. You can directly go to siliguri -> Sikkim -> gangtok Sikkim itself will take around 8 days to explore more.

Udaipur,Jaipur would be too hot. North east shud be preferred.

During July i wouldn't recommend you to visit North east as it will be peak time of monsoon and you may not enjoy the site seeing due to extreme rainfall, and believe me rainfalls in NE is terrible. You can do delhi agra jaipur triangle with jodphur and jaisalmer.
