Visit islands less frequented in Thailand Koh Tao to Nangyuan. it is an entire island to yourselves.. A bit of a travel but a great getaway. Air tickets are also at it's cheapest currently from India.

If you really want to visit a nice destination, I would suggest the country Georgia. If it's possible to up your budget, then you can go to Turkey. 100 k and below can also buy you a nice honeymoon package to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
