Tanah Lot ans Ulluwatu is not to miss. Ubud is an amazing place. Bali river Rafting is life time experience. I personally didn't enjoy Mount Batur and Kintamani tour. You can research more and decide if you want to add in Ur itinerary.
There are many Hidden amazing waterfalls and beaches. Unfortunately i do not have much info on this.

If u r looking for adventure,go for Liberty shipwreck scuba diving in tulamben,spend 1-2 days in Nusa penida.Nusa penisa is amazingly beautiful.
