You can do all things in 5k per person easily as you are going in group of 50 people so for travel and hotel it will.be less amount .

Accomodation may get cheaper but for food it will be very high, and try to avoid weekends for staying in hotels they'll cost too much

Still you can do it..Book flights/Train to Delhi.. after getting off at Delhi, you should book buses via HPTDC or Privet Bus(You must to confirm bus as early as possible).. cost will be 1400/- per head.. Lodging and Fooding at Kasol will be costly..
