I would suggest that you are taking a road trip than their are certainly many locations that won't be explored yet and If you start from Delhi than I have a bucket list to visit them like
Gurez valley and Phugtal Gomta in Kashmir, Chopta and Kanatal in Uttarakhand, Kila Raipur in Punjab Happy Travelling!!!
