Tarun Ji !! Its all a game of budget. The time you are talking is High Tourist Season and some destinations are selling at high rates during the Holiday time. The normal Budget option for you should be- Thailand -Bangkok,krabi ,Phuket Followed by Bali-Denpasar,Kuta,Ubud Followed by Singapore & Malaysia- Combination Followed by HongKong- Macau Combination

A nice planned trip for Europe (Czech, France, Germany) can also work for you as it will be just touching down the summer and will be fun. it's according to your choice that where do you want to travel, it's a beach or a mountain or some other place.

If budget is not the concern then entire Europe is very beautiful and pleasant in July august. Alternatively , Singapore Malaysia and Bali will also be great option in these months. &/8 days is enough to explore any of these destinations You can club also like Singapore/Malaysia or Singapore/ Bali

Mauritius would be a great choice. August is the shoulder season there and the weather will be great. I went in Aug '17. Beautiful country.

It is summer in the Northern hemisphere... you can try the European countries as well..

That time is great to visit most of the nearby Asian countries, but I would suggest you avoid Thailand and Vietnam as that's when rainy season starts hitting the country. Apart from there Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, Bali would be good choices in Asia. It's also good time for a nice east European trip or the small Eurasian trip of Armenia and nearby countries

Go to Sri Lanka. Bali/Thailand are prone to floods, Nepal/Bhutan are prone to landslides due to monsoon.
