It’s safe but the terrain might be covered with snow. So be careful. Here are the precautions - Don’t venture out in the woods by yourself or at night because the wildlife in the area is quite active in winters. Due to the scarcity of food, the animals come close to the human habitation. Avoid driving to Parvati Valley at this time of the year because the mountainous terrain gets prone to accidents. Try not to go too close to the water of the river nearby. The water will be ice cold and many times, travelers end up suffering from hypothermia. Pack enough warm clothes before venturing out to the valley. Take nearby treks only if you’re with an authorized agency. Trekking during winters is very different from trekking during summers. If you plan to visit the nearby village of Malana do follow their rules else villager take great offense and will purify you. Happy and a safe Travelling!!
