Hi afsarul, the cheapest way of travel to manali from delhi by bus.. book your tickets using rebus ticket booking site... you can travel in an ordinary bus or Volvo.. the ticket rates starts from 700-1300 approximately.. the h. r. t. c buses to manali starts from Delhi I. S. B. T terminal..
