Himachal is a place which will always be on my top list..but you should definitely go there right now if you want to witness mesmerizing snowfall in Manali..Parashar lake, manali, kasol and many more...you can trek and can explore many options... happy traveling 😊

If you want to enjoy the snowfall and snow, then I suggest you to go in Dec-Feb. This is the off season for himachal you can do budget travel. Check out my blogs in my profile, I mostly go to himachal in winters. For any query just leave a message.

It depends on type of trip. Himachal gives you a immense opportunities in field of leisure trip, adventure trips, etc.
if you are looking for leisure trips, best season would be from March to October.
and for adventure trips, best season depend on type of adventure sport you choose.

Hi,
My answer to your question is "all the time". Basically Himachal Pradesh is such a place that anytime of the year you visit you will experience something new. If it's spring then you will see blooming of flowers, if you visit in monsoon you can be a rainbow chaser, if you visit in autumn you will find completely different topography from the other two seasons and winter is pure as white, if one can survive 😉🙂
