I quit my monotonous job to travel but somehow couldn't manage to just being on holiday more than 50 days. in those 45 days, I traveled to different places, lived my life on my terms, didn't even remember what time, weekday or weekend but constantly seeing my bank balance getting low and also started my job. I think I am prefer traveling in between my job, I need 2-3 big vacation and 5-6 weekend trips and I am good. I fulfill my love for traveling this way.

Hi Archit. I've been on and off the road for about three years now, so it is more of a lifestyle than something new. Yes I think there is indeed sometimes no purpose to it apart from just travelling, and you can find many things to fill your time if you are in an inspiring place :)

I quit my job and moved to South Korea so I was working there for a year and a half, it wasnt really travelling i guess, although i did travel around Korea any chance I got. I then went travelling for 10 weeks once I finished up in Korea and then moved to Australia, where again I moved around, travelled and worked for 2 years. I then left Australia, went travelling for 6 weeks, returned to my home country Ireland for a while and then moved to Canada!!! I would love to leave my job for a year and travel the world!

I can't have the privilege of quitting my job and then travel hence I have only travelled for about 7-8 days as my longest. It was a trip to Goa from Delhi via Mumbai.
