In India you can visit , Himachal Pradesh,Sikkim,goa,Kerala, Jammu kashmir, must state to visit once in life time. As per you budget I think you nepal go to Nepal or Bhutan both are damn beautiful countries.
UpvoteCommentI have Kerela, Bhutan in my list till now. Was thinking if Andaman Islands would be a good option too ? As I saw few package on Tripoto for Andaman they seem to be reasonable. But this doesn't include water sports and meal apart from breakfast.

For your budget, you can pick either. You can do a complete 5-6 day tour of a state like Rajasthan, Himachal, etc through a guided tour. This will include the travel, stay, food and tickets part of the tour.
Also, you may consider a cruise to Andaman, Lakshadweep etc. The island tours are also beautiful and based on your budget you can pick some good resorts. You can also consider going abroad, but you'll need to book now as tickets get very expensive closer to the dates. You can consider 5-6 days in Dubai, Thailand, which will incl the flight, stay and most meals. I've tried Tripfactory.com, there are other like Yatra, Makemytrip etc you can consider to plan both the Indian as well as international holiday.

Hi , It depends on your taste .What you like monuments , building, Sea Beaches , mountains , Dessert.
than it comes to your days and the way you want travel like budget , backpacking or luxury . For Monuments & Building - Dubai , Oman , Malaysia, For sea side - Indonesia -Bali , Ubud , Malaysia - Langkawi , Thailand - Krabi , phi-phi etc. For History and Landscape - Vietnam , Cambodia etc For a short stay you may try for Paris , Milan , Fraknfurt. As the Visa process is costly and the flight are also costly not possible in 60k if you don't have discount tickets over flights and Visa fee it self takes 6k-8k .

If it's a couple then i would suggest go to relaxing place like white sand beaches instead of hectic bike trip to ladakh... ofcourse it's a fun but with a couple I don't think.
Try for Lakshadweep it's not too much explored as it was opened few years back for travellers
Or Andaman as it will sink in next 4-5 years after that you won't be having chance to see it again
Or Bali.. it's famous for spiritual things, hot springs and close to nature + it's currency is Rs.1 = 297 rupiah of bali, So it has same price as India one way flight is around 10k for 1 person so it will be 40k for you going & coming back and in rest 40k it can be a amazing trip in Bali
