Hi Sonam,
So briefing up the answer for your question I can say that October is when the rainfall stops in Shillong. During November the temperature starts to fall and gets colder towards December making it a very cold place....so I would suggest you to visit Shillong in November and enjoy the cold weather out there. PS do carry some woolens;)
Hi Sonam, The famous Autumn Festival of Meghalaya is celebrated between October and November in Shillong every year. Attached with my comments you can check curated trips by fellow travelers. Please take a look. Thanks!
