The old main building of Uppsala University is now known as the Gustavianum - Uppsala University Museum. It was established in 1620 by Gustavus Adolphus and is situated next to the city's cathedral. It keeps the university's collections of cultural history as well as Scandinavian and Egyptian antiquities. There is also the Anatomical Theatre, which was built on the top in the 1660s. In the permanent exhibition, you may see Viking artifacts such priceless jewelry, medals, and swords, as well as information about Uppsala University's past and several Egyptian mummies.https://travellifo.com/things-to-do-in-uppsala/ Temporary exhibits augment the museum's offerings.
