Hey Venktesh, You can start from Uttrakhand or Himachal Pradesh. If you can speak english then there will be not much problem to communicate. I would suggest first go to Dharamshala. You can book hotels in Naddi village,Dharamkot and Bhagsu village in Dharamshala for cheaper rates with better views. This is my budget itinerary of Dharamshala : https://www.tripoto.com/trip/four-day-itinerary-of-dharamshala-5bbf6eb477505?ref=mobwapp&source=awp Hope this would help you.

Hi Venkatesh Language is never a barrier to travel! If you want to be comfortable explore your own state - understand it better and try out other states. It will show you new relationships. Thanks! Touring Turtlez!

Start with delhi..stay for a day or two...if u feel comfortable with the city...start moving outwards towards spots like rishikesh manali etc and finally after acquiring enough courage plan visiting offbeat villages where u find less transportation and accomodation facilities
