Well as on ur wish and money it totally depend on u ..so lets start in winter majority of famous palces coverd with ice so ..exacly they look like same somhow ..but if u love riding or adventours so go leh ladakh other wise srinagar and nanital is best place to go sepcially in winter in nanital u would love to be there ..beleive me ..and other like highest than passes like thang la ,nathula jelep la..are fmaous spot ..make sure have warm clothes 😅😅 enjoy ..
