Alright so I traveled thailand twice so what you can do is. plan 4 days phuket 2 days krabi and rest in kho Samui where you can take ferry for kho phangan, and enjoy Full moon party which is going to be on 11th November
For your convenient your can purchase your own sim card from airport then rent a car/bike in phuket and roam your own. Driving is as same as India but they follow lane system. there are many attractions to cover in phuket. patong Beach is center of attraction. Bangla Road and Big buddha. you can then take ferry to James Bond island and enjoy. then you can drive to krabi and enjoy your lavishly
you can cover lot of island to krabi by taking ferry, like phi Phi island and in phi phi there are 9 to 10 island which you can cover. you'll love phuket and krabi. specially if you like parties and night shows. later you can go kho phangan for full moon party. leave bangkok as I found it worse there is nothing just an advise

If you plan to do island hopping and visit places (elephant trek, temple etc) then Krabi will be better as prices are cheap. If you prefer night life and a more lively place then choose Phuket. We divided our time between Phuket and Krabi but we had 4 days.

Hi.. I would agree with other comments.. if you are looking for nature and relaxing - plan for Phuket, Krabi, Phi Phi, Chiang Mai. enjoy the clear blue water, boat tours, island hopping.
I would suggest to say in Phi Phi for a night and enjoy there.. ibiza hotel there arranges pool party ;).. check their schedule and all neighbor hotels arrange fire shows at the beach followed by DJ.
So enjoy the islands and water activities and chill there at night.
Krabi is also beautiful there are lots of tours available.
