I have been to kullu-manali last year. It actually depends upon the choice of place and budget. kullu is little warmer than manali coz manali is the most visited place according to tourists. so, kullu is cheaper compared to manali.

Kulu is cheaper.....but even in Manali U'll get cheaper place to stay it depends on various factors

Kullu is comparatively cheaper... But you can also get budget stays in Manali if you compromise a bit on luxury.. you can stay in old Manali that's cheaper also u can choose to stay in hostels thankyou

I suggest manali to stay bcoz when u r traveling don't see liitke budgets otherwise u wilo miss the beauty.
